The following is the list of fees and Terms & Conditions for signing up with Agent Control, a product of UP Creative, Inc.

Basic Monthly Account Membership

Your Agent Control account will be billed to your credit card as UP Creative, Inc. at the rate of $75.00 per month, (OR at the rate of the VALID SALES CODE submitted) for a standard membership, starting on the date you sign up. You will be billed for the first month in the initial charge and then re-occurring once per month. The monthly billing date is configured by the processing system and may not be your sign up date. Your agreement is a month to month contract with a 90-day mandatory trial period and you are permitted to cancel anytime after the 90-day period. Cancellation must be made from the Contact/Support links inside your Agent Control account. You will not be able to access your Agent Control Website or any of the services offered by Agent Control after your cancellation is processed

You understand by signing up for Agent Control, you are entering and agree to a month to month contract at the rate of $75.00 per month (OR at the rate of the VALID SALES CODE submitted) billed with an Automatic Recurring Billing system. You understand you have a mandatory 90-day trial period and there are no refunds or credits for the first 90 days of using Agent Control regardless of the usage amount of the user during the first 90-day period. Cancellation can be done anytime after the 90-day opening period but must be made from the Contact/Support links inside your Agent Control account . 'Broker, Company and brand terms and conditions under licensing packages are customized T&C's and are outlined within the specific customer contract.

By signing up for Agent Control, you authorize UP Creative, Inc. to charge your credit card $75 monthly (OR at the rate of the VALID SALES CODE submitted) and retain your information in a 256 bit encrypted format for subsequent Automatic Recurring Billing charges each month. Your month-to-month contract term will automatically renew each year unless you cancel in writing which must be made from the Contact/Support links inside your Agent Control account. You understand, accept, and agree to the billing charges being non-refundable and any cancellation requests are not processed by the date of request but are processed and credited towards the next monthly billing cycle.

The Agent Control system allows you to get a domain name through the system and domain names requested and facilitated through the system are owned by UP Creative, Inc. Support for the system is constructed and offered via using the Contact/Support links inside your Agent Control account and UP Creative, Inc. support staff will answer all email support tickets within 48-hours of receipt. The Agent Control system is a database driven online software application that is subject to the limitations of the internet, ISP providers, and server support and constraints. Agent Control is expected to be live and functioning 90% of the time but outages, server and ISP issues do present themselves and at times the Agent Control system may be unavailable. Outages will not exceed 48 hours and 'outages' are defined as system failure or redirect.

Viewing and Updating Your Information

At any time, you may edit your billing information by sending an email to support@agentcontrol.com, using the Contact/Support links inside your Agent Control account, or by snail mail to UP Creative, Inc. 6285 East Spring Street #107 Long Beach, Ca. 90808. All other information can be edited in your Agent Control panel.

Annual Billing Membership with 'Two Months Free'

Your Agent Control account will be billed to your credit card as UP Creative, Inc. at the rate of $750 (OR at the rate of the VALID SALES CODE submitted) billed annually, for an Annual Billing Membership, starting on the date you sign up, then re-occurring once per year starting from your sign up date. Your agreement is for a one year term that is automatically renewed each year unless you cancel. Cancellation requests must be made from the Contact/Support links inside your Agent Control account. You will not be able to access your Agent Control website or any of the services offered by Agent Control after your annual term has expired if you choose to cancel your account and cancellation will be effective at the end of the current annual billing term. There is no refunds or credits for annual memberships regardless of user usage.

You understand by signing up for Agent Control, you are entering and agree to a one year contract at the rate of $750 (OR at the rate of the VALID SALES CODE submitted) per year billed annually and prepaid. 'Two Months Free' is effective immediately and throughout the life of your ARB so your credit card will be charged $750 (OR at the rate of the VALID SALES CODE submitted) for the first year and every subsequent year until you submit a written cancellation request which must be made from the Contact/Support links inside your Agent Control account. Cancellation requests will be effective the following billing cycle and no refunds or credits are given for prepaid billing annual memberships. Cancellation requests simply cancel the ARB (Automated Recurring Billing) subscription so you will not be charged the following year term.
