Can Agent Control integrate with other software, applications, and internal systems?

Answer: Yes, Agent Control can integrate with any of your existing programs and any other 3rd party software as well. All that is required is access to the open source code. Any integration cannot take place without api access so if it is a third party application and not your own, make sure your vendor will provide api access.
Can Agent Control features be put into a custom system?

Answer: Yes, for larger system needs, sometimes offering anything less than a standalone branded system is unfeasible. Agent Control can be completely rebranded and integrated into your own operating system. For a fraction of the cost of developing a standalone national or international system, the foundation and framework of Agent Control can become the power-plant behind your very own real estate system with all the your individual needs and applications intact.
Can Agent Control have more admins and permissions?

Answer: Yes, Agent Control has the ability to have unlimited users, administrative levels, and permissions & reporting access. No matter how vast your administrative, permissions, and hierarchy needs are, Agent Control can be customized to accommodate you.
Can Agent Control be programmed and used in other languages?

Answer: Yes, languages, currencies, conversions, and int'l real estate procedures can be implemented.
Can Agent Control systems be licensed or franchised?

BROKER FAQ:

Can a broker have an Agent Control system just for the company without any agent licenses or services?

Answer: Brokers can choose to have a company package without any agent licenses. Same as with 'Agent Pay' and 'Pay As you Go' Packages, brokers can pay a monthly fee for Agent Control services that are waived upon a number of agents signing into the agent control system.

Is there any training for Agent Control?

Answer: Training is given on the agent and administrative level for Agent Control. Administrative and company website training as well as agent training seminars are provided with broker packages. Agent Control also offers FORMAT - a customized coaching system that is integrated into select Agent Control systems.

Is there an extra charge for MLS integration?

Answer: If the broker MLS is already integrated into the Agent Control system, then a simple vendor agreement with the local MLS is all that is required to integrate the MLS into the broker system during set-up. If the local MLS is not already in the the Agent Control system, then the MLS is added into the Agent Control system during the set-up phase of the custom broker system. All new company/broker systems require a set-up fee and if a new local MLS integration is required, then that time and cost is added to the company set-up fee at the time of contract negotiation. The additional set-up costs are based upon the size and complexity of the MLS being added.

Are all MLS the same?

Answer: No - though all MLS share a common link through RETS Servers, they are all different in regards to the way they are connected to, the fields and names they use, and volume of information. Some MLS contain millions of listing data and others thousands so the labor and cost involved in adding an MLS into the system is varied depending on these factors.

How much are set-up fees?

Answer: Set-up fees vary by the size and complexity of the system being set-up and MLS integration. Typical set-up fees with an MLS already integrated in Agent Control range from $1500-$5000 on average but can be more or less depending on the complexity of the system and the services wishing to be integrated. As Agent Control offers custom system integrations, the set-up fees vary and are negotiated at the time of contract creation. MLS integration for new MLS pricing is subject to the complexity and size of the MLS and is added to the set-up cost if new MLS integration is required and is also negotiated at the time of contract creation. 'Complexity' is described as the means of connecting to the RETS server for that MLS and the field structure in which that MLS is adapted. 'Size' is described as the amount of data and photos within that MLS infrastructure.

Does Agent Control have any Recruitment features?

Answer: Agent Control makes for a valuable tool for recruitment in several forms. An agent can be immediately introduced and productive within the Agent Control framework very quickly. Used a recruitment format, a new agent could be shown all the tools at his disposal and the immediate activation of the tools upon recruitment. What is the SEO capabilities of the company websites?

Answer: The SEO capabilities of the Agent Control system for both agents and brokers is vast. The entire system is designed to be SEO driven but the broker (company) websites have extensive SEO features because all agent websites under the company utilize the broker/company website custom MLS integrated search engine so public listing searches on all agent websites also drive SEO for the company. Every single property search is strategically given a unique web address to aid in SEO and also make customizing search pages for your customers a breeze! Where agent websites are limited to page creations, the company/broker website CMS is unlimited in page and content creation. The Company/Broker websites can accommodate massive amounts of content and features.

What kind of 'Special' features can a company website have?

Answer: Agent Control gives companies/brokers advanced CMS creativity with many of our standard groundbreaking technologies already intact. Video Management, Banner Management, Featured Properties, Community Management, News Management, Office Management, and Account Management are all included in all company CMS features. Other features available that do not come standard but are easily and affordably added are Specialized Coaching and Management features, AWARD Management, and MLS integrated community automated pages, Presentation Management, and even a company calendar and events manager, as well as a Training Management feature. A complete office announcement and messaging feature, intranet, and document storage system comes standard with every Agent Control system but some companies elect to have those features customized even more to meet their specific needs. What is a 'License' account?

Answer: A License an agent control system account. When an agent signs up under the office or company code, then that account is considered a 'license'. However, licenses can also be in the form of entities, groups, or even properties and/or additional websites. For example, an agent control account (license) could be created for an individual property, or group of agents, or a custom spin-off website for the company such as fine homes, rentals, vacation properties, etc.

Do I get any SEO services?

Answer: Yes, the entire Agent Control system programmed to promote SEO and just using the system will increase SEO and the sharing features of Agent Control will produce amazing SEO results if used to its' full potential.
Do I get MLS Integration?

Answer: Agent Control integrates the MLS into all user accounts. As we cannot give MLS access to an agent directly because it has to be initiated by a broker or brand, then we cannot offer MLS integration to Agents if their local MLS is not already integrated into the Agent Control system. Please contact us if you are unsure if your MLS is already integrated into Agent Control or not. If your MLS is not in the system, then Agent Control still utilizes IDX links to be able to have property searches for your customers on your website.
Does Agent Control generate leads?

Answer: Agent Control provides tools to both create and capture leads but good, solid leads are not 'magical' and must be cultivated. The tools in Agent Control will allow you to create a brand presence and market your business in such a way to produce and manage solid leads like never before but you must put the effort in. If you do not use the tools in Agent Control to dominate your market, then those tools will not work for you - you have to use them. Agent Control makes it easy, but it can only be effective if you put those tools in motion.
Can I use my own domain name?

Answer: Yes, Agent Control allows you to either get a brand new domain in seconds right in your control panel or transfer your existing domain name into the system.
Do I get notifications of leads and alerts?

Answer: Yes, all notifications and alerts are sent via email as well so you do not have to log in to Agent Control to see them. This gives you the opportunity to instantly work or lead or alert while on the go.
Does Agent Control utilize SMS (Text Messaging)?

Answer: Yes, Agent Control allows you to link your phone and unlock tools that allow your customers to send you a text message from any listing posting anywhere on the web and also allows you to do text and bulk text marketing right from your control panel.
Is Agent Control Mobile Compatible?

Answer: Yes, Agent Control works great on your mobile device!
Can I sell my my own advertising space on my website?

Answer: Yes, Agent Control gives you three custom banner locations on your website for whatever purpose you choose.
Do I get area information and community reporting features?
