Last updated: 10/14/2012Agent Control's ("Agent Control" or "we") Refund Policy is designed to help you understand how we collect and use information on the Agent Control website (the "Site").
Account Deactivation
Your Agent Control account can be de-activated/cancelled at any time after the mandatory 90 day trial period for monthly subscriptions by creating a support or customer service ticket from the links inside your Agent Control system after logging in. However, you will not be able to access any of the services offered by Agent Control after your next automated recurring billing cycle if you choose to deactivate/cancel your account. Cancellation requests must be made from the contact/support links inside your agent control system after logging in as all support requests made from within the system come with your unique account ID that we need to be able to process any customer service and technical support requests. Account deactivation/cancellation will be effective the following billing cycle from the request date. Annual billing cancellation requests will be processed towards the following year. Annual billing cycle and monthly deactivation/cancellation requests will be processed for the following month's or year's billing cycle from the request date. Agent Agent control is a one year prepaid billing term for annual subscriptions and a mandatory 90-day trial period for monthly subscriptions. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled any time on a month to month basis after the mandatory 90-day trial period. Upon deactivation/cancellation request, ARB subscription will be cancelled and no renewal annual or monthly billing fees will be incurred the following year or following month of the request. There are no refunds or credits for annual and monthly billing terms. Refunds are only issued under billing 'errors' which are described as accidental duplicate charges for the same billing period. The 'Mandatory 90-day trial period' is non-refundable regardless of the amount of usage during the trial period.
Additionally, Agent Control servers automatically record information sent by your browser when you use the Agent Control Site, including Internet Protocol address, browser type and language, and date and time of request. We may also collect information using cookies, web beacons or similar technologies.
Viewing and Updating Your Information
You may edit your preferences or request changes to the information you have provided at any time by using your contact/support links within your Agent Control system or mail to UP Creative, Inc. 6285 East Spring Street #107 Long Beach, Ca. 90808 . If you have lost your password, you may request a new one by sending an email to support@agentcontrol.com. You may also contact your sales agent to edit the information you provide to Agent Control.
